4 Sites To Confidently Outsource Your Internet Business

Probably one of the hardest things to do, in any business, is finding good help. It is even more true for outsourcing simple projects. Here's 4 sites that I've used to get my outsourcing done:

Rent A Coder - Where I go for outsourcing some of my programming/web site maintenance jobs. I really like the fact that you may require a security deposit from the freelancer that in case they don't finish the work correctly - that deposit goes to charity. In short, there's a carrot and a stick. In addition there's an option to limit your offer to freelancers in Western countries or allow it to go to Asian countries (China and India - cheaper but a language difference).

ScriptLance - One of the most popular sites on the planet for programming/web design/web maintenance projects. Lots of coders waiting to do your bidding at low prices. Lots of Lamp (linux, apache, mySql, php) developers around.

WorkAHolics4Hire  - Very professional, prompt, and provide quality work. If you find yourself needing to do the same thing over and over again - they have an menu of fixed price jobs that they do for marketers (article writing, blog setup, blog commenting, creating products, market research etc) or they will do custom jobs for you.

ELance - Probably the biggest freelance site. They go more towards the creative side of internet marketing - writing, copywriting, creating products, transcription, etc. You'll get your job in front of more people faster by posting here.

That's my list: Do you have an recommendations or experiences? Please, leave them in the comments.

Another great site for outsourcing that is actually much more user friendly than Elance is Odesk. Odesk.com is the url. I've used them far more than Elance lately. The console is better organized and it is easier to hire people with Odesk.

I've heard about them, but haven't used ODesk. I'll check them out. Thanks!

Why would you continue to hire single contractors instead of forming a strong relationship with one development team that you can continue to return to, project after project? In the end, that team may be a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for … and what you may be paying for is the reliability of knowing the person you are working with is a strong repeat performer instead of chancing the project with someone new every time.

Nikole, That's what I do with WorkAHolicsForHire. Unfortunately, they don't always have the skill set that I need in order to get some projects done. Thus I sometimes have to go outside of them to get things done.
