		<description>Why would you continue to hire single contractors instead of forming a strong relationship with one development team that you can continue to return to, project after project? In the end, that team may be a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for ... and what you may be paying for is the reliability of knowing the person you are working with is a strong repeat performer instead of chancing the project with someone new every time.</description>

		<description>Another great site for outsourcing that is actually much more user friendly than Elance is Odesk. Odesk.com is the url. I&#039;ve used them far more than Elance lately. The console is better organized and it is easier to hire people with Odesk.</description>
